Design for high end retail
Bringing a product to life, from design to shipping
Designed in-house by Flexhouse, the Ferrari Cooler is defined by its seamless curves and timeless balance of style and comfort. Each Ferrari cooler is crafted from CNC-cut aluminium, shaped using a custom steel mould, laser-cut with extreme precision, then meticulously hand-finished, painted in multiple flawless coats, and decorated with Ferrari graphics before receiving a protective lacquer. After passing rigorous quality control, it is packaged in a bespoke Alcantara bag and custom carton, resulting in a collectible that embodies Ferrari’s precision and performance ethos.

How We Managed Ferrari Cooler:Full Production Process Explained
Technology: Each Ferrari cooler begins life as a precisely CNC-cut aluminium disk. This disk is placed into a specialised metal-spinning machine, fitted with a custom-made steel mould – a tool worth several thousand euros – which forms the cooler’s iconic shape. Once spinned, the raw shell moves to a robotic 5-axis CNC laser station, where the upper contour is cut with millimetre-perfect precision. From there, each piece is meticulously hand-finished and polished to prepare it for paint.
Paintjob: Painting is a multi-stage, uncompromising process: The exterior is masked and the interior receives five flawless coats – perfectly smooth, with no “orange peel” or micro-defects. The same five-coat treatment is applied to the exterior after the interior is sealed, achieving an equally immaculate finish inside and out.
Customization: After drying, the surface is decorated with silicone-paper stencils carrying the Ferrari logotypes, lettering, and markings. A final layer of clear protective lacquer is applied to lock in the graphics and provide lasting protection.
Quality Control: Every cooler then passes strict quality control before being placed in a tailor-made Alcantara protective bag – similar to a high-end helmet pouch – and packaged in a custom-engineered carton that safeguards its form during transport. The result is a piece that reflects Ferrari’s precision and performance ethos – not just a cooler, but a crafted collectible.

Frequently asked Questions about
working with Flexhouse
Choosing the right partner is the key to successful future collaboration. Choosing Flexhouse means you can rely on us to make the correct decisions and team up with a series of partners to build a supply chain for your product. We invite you to explore testimonials from our satisfied clients to see the impact of our work.
We believe transparency in communication is one of the key metrics to success. It is natural you will run into problems during the development or production phase, but only direct honesty will support problem-solving and moving forward.
In our 12 years of building products, we have worked with hundreds of manufacturers, and this is not an exaggeration. In the very beginning, we failed on many occasions by choosing the wrong partners due to our inexperience. We lost dozens of partners and large amounts of funds along the curve of creating a reliable supply chain. We have seen issues in communication but kept pushing.
Now, after many years operating, we feel confident to say we're able to spot any potential issue earlier and resolve it in a creative way.
Bottom line: We are here to deliver an amazing, qualitative product making end users happy and pleased to receive it, not just to make money. Profits are the natural outcome of our customers' smiles.

You need to have a budget and understand how many units you plan to sell in the short term and long term.
If you choose a small factory and soon their capacity is too small, you will run into problems. If you go to a larger player, tell stories to get a great price, launch your product, but then try to order very little, you will lose their interest, your price will double, and again you will run into problems.
You need to know very well where your niche is.
Is it the mass market, medium, or maybe luxury goods? Choosing the right partner means understanding very well which group you are targeting and connecting the quality of your item with the appropriate production line. There are semi-automated lines making lots of units in a batch for a low price in large quantities. On the other side of the quality chart, you have craftsmen making handmade, qualitative luxury goods with a soul.
Starting a project with us is simple. Contact us with your design ideas via email and project requirements, and our team will guide you through the initial steps. We will work closely with you to understand your vision and provide a tailored plan to bring your designs to life.
