In our Headquaters in Warsaw we spread our passion for design by researching, developing and prototyping using the most state of the art technology and innovative techniques. An ever expanding network of over 60 international trusted manufacturers ensures that every project, from challenging products to limited batch and complex processes are brought to reality.

Flexhouse has the best partners for modern and traditional manufacturing. Our experienced sourcing and supply-chain professionals will find the perfect manufacturing partner for challenging products, limited batch sizes or complex processes.
Through concept evaluation and extensive prototyping, we are able to look at multi-material options, and bring these concepts into reality. Our hands-on approach has proven to be effective with our many clients, including mass-production for global retailers, and shorter batch runs for hotel and hospitality groups, as well as bespoke one off pieces often specified by architects and interior designers in commercial and residential projects.

Founders & Team
Cezary Gorzynski and Stefan Mahlberg founded FlexHouse in 2012 as a result of many years of prolific partnership. Coming both from a winning experience, Stefan as co-founder of One Nordic and Cezary as director of production and sourcing at Massiv Konzept, they joined the same team in 2012, when Fab.com acquired both companies, becoming later Hem. Together they deepened the understating over bold concepts, successful designs and the importance of building strong and long lasting relationships. Today the Flexhouse Team has grown considerably. Meet the team. We are filled with energy and good spirit, we are always quick with a smile, and love to engage with the projects we undertake with professionalism and a passion for design.
Cezary Górzyński CEO
Cezary has a vast understanding of creating products ranging from simple items to high-level sophisticated ones. He has been working with many of the biggest brands in the industry, as well as complicated interiors for hotels and offices. His clients value his collaborative and hands-on approach, as well as his out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving skills. He is able to provide direction and leadership for his team, ensuring that they develop their skills and deliver high-quality solutions for their clients.
Anna Bagińska Product Developer
Anna is responsible for product development. Design is her absolute dedication in life and she loves working on innovative and exciting products for our clients. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys finding new ways to enhance the workflow. She believes that the business can improve by focusing on building positive and honest relationships with clients and that strong teamwork is the key to success.

Bartek Styczyński Sourcing Director
Numbers have no secrets for Bartek, but his true force is that he can see beyond them. Our supply chain mastermind, he grasps the complexity of the processes, yet he never forgets the people that are making things happen - his well-balanced approach to making strategic decisions is highly esteemed by all our production partners. His persistence in pushing the company to achieve new heights shows every day in his determination to source only the best OEMs and create exceptional products.
Dorota Waśkowicz Production & CAD Manager
Rest assured Dorota will know all the answers before you even formulate the questions, and then she’ll ask you a few of the really good ones. Her multidisciplinary experience makes her think of assembly or packaging design from the earliest stages of development. Dorota is not afraid to take calculated risks to innovate and improve. She is an excellent team player and project leader who has managed multiple projects simultaneously with flawless execution.
Inna Klyvets Operations Coordinator
Inna is our operations coordinator and she is a big part of why our company succeeds. She is responsible for all our day-to-day operations, she is coordinating deliveries, managing orders, supporting accounting and keeping track of our inventory. We depend on her to keep us running smoothly! Although she deals with a lot of pressure in her daily work, she has a great personality and she is always friendly and supportive towards our team and production partners.
Monika Górzyńska CFO
Monika confronts any issues straightforwardly and therefore she is always ready to provide a reliable, cold-blooded, down-to-earth analysis. Her work is way beyond simply crunching numbers and financial reports - she possesses the analytical ability and know-how to look at the numbers and understand what the data is saying. She always takes the time to understand the business model and systems, so she can come up with innovative solutions to any problems that might arise.
